Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Engineer to design, install, and maintain solar power systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient system performance, compliance with safety standards, and successful project execution from planning to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solar PV system layouts and technical drawings
  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems
  • Ensure compliance with electrical, safety, and quality standards
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and vendors
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and as-built drawings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Knowledge of solar PV system design and components
  • Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in solar or renewable energy projects
  • Hands-on experience with on-grid and off-grid solar systems
  • Experience in installation supervision and system testing is preferred
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
