Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring project goals are met successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and execute projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate internal teams and assign tasks and responsibilities
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify risks and implement effective problem-solving strategies
  • Prepare and present regular project progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience
  • Experience in construction, energy, IT, or corporate projects is an advantage
  • Proven ability to manage teams in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills
